Miss you Dad. Think about you every day.
Very sad to hear (today) of his passing. It was wonderful to have met him during that family meal almost 10 years ago. Many thanks to the Eyland family for organising the meal and for their hospitality during our memorable stay. And our sincere (if belated) condoleances to you all for Roger. Love to you all, William, Julie, James & Harry Page (now of Cornwall, England).
Roger Eyland was one of my first year maths lecturers at Sydney uni. His unique personality and genuine love of maths for me made lectures that much more interesting than they might otherwise have been. I stumbled across this website and was saddened to read of his passing.
